Destinations and delivery approach

Indigo & Thread offers everyday denim and casual wardrobe staples for men and women, with delivery arranged to supported regions. The assortment focuses on familiar jeans fits alongside shirts, jackets and casual tops, so orders often include several styles for everyday wear.

Shipping destinations: CA, US.

Coverage is kept clear at checkout so you know before payment whether delivery can be arranged. If you have a question about a particular item or destination, email can clarify before you place an order.

Processing and transit timing

Once an order is placed, it is prepared for handover to the carrier within the stated preparation period. This period covers order review and packing for jeans and casual apparel, which can vary in bulk and folding needs.

Orders are processed within 72 hours.

After handover, the parcel travels through the carrier network toward delivery. The estimate helps you plan around everyday wardrobe needs without promising an exact arrival day.

Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days.

This combination gives a practical planning picture, with preparation followed by carrier transit. Seasonal volume and regional distance can affect the overall experience within that framework.

Shipping cost and simple checkout

Delivery is offered on a straightforward cost basis that keeps everyday ordering predictable. The approach avoids added calculation for standard shipments to supported destinations.

Free shipping.

The amount shown at checkout reflects that approach and helps you review the complete order before payment.

Tracking and delivery support

When tracking is available for your service, the store shares what the carrier provides so you can follow progress. Email remains available if you need the latest available shipment information or guidance on next steps.

When a carrier provides a tracking reference, the available reference and tracking instructions will be shared by email. You can also email with your order reference to ask for the latest available shipment information. A carrier scan can take time to appear; the absence of a new scan alone does not establish that a parcel is lost. Tracking availability depends on the shipping service and is not guaranteed for every parcel.

If dispatch takes longer than expected, or a parcel arrives late, appears lost or shows damage, the store investigates the matter and discusses a practical outcome. Communication covers revised timing and fair options rather than automatic charges or forfeiture.

Where dispatch cannot occur within the promised processing time, you will be notified, given the revised date or told that it is not yet known, and offered the choice to wait or cancel the unshipped goods for a prompt full refund including related shipping charges. Consent to further delay will be obtained where required; if required consent is not given, the unshipped goods will be cancelled and refunded promptly. For a parcel that is late after dispatch, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email so the matter can be investigated with the carrier and an appropriate replacement or refund arranged; a carrier investigation does not remove mandatory rights. Visible damage should be reported promptly, any packaging still held should be retained, and helpful photos shared if possible. If an address is incorrect, contact immediately; after dispatch, correction or redirection may not be possible. Available options will be discussed and agreement obtained before any optional redelivery charge. There is no automatic forfeiture of payment for an address error.

Cross-border shoppers receive clear treatment of checkout amounts and any disclosed import responsibilities, with no hidden additions after ordering. If a payment request seems unexpected, contact the store so it can be reviewed.

The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged by the store. Any taxes collected by the store must be displayed before payment. For a cross-border shipment, import duties, import taxes, and carrier customs-clearance charges are the recipient's responsibility only where that responsibility was disclosed before purchase and the charges were not already collected at checkout. Customs or the carrier may collect such disclosed charges. No undisclosed fees are added after an order is placed. If you receive an unexpected request for payment, contact us so it can be clarified.
